BAEJORA GROUP (PTY) LTD — TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: 29 August 2026
Welcome to BAEJORA, operated by BAEJORA GROUP (PTY) LTD, Registration Number 2026/591260/07 (“BAEJORA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, products and related services. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT BAEJORA
BAEJORA is a South African e-commerce retailer offering selected automotive, home, security, electronics, wellness and lifestyle products.
Our website is intended primarily for customers in South Africa. Products may be supplied directly by BAEJORA or fulfilled through approved third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or provide false or misleading information when placing an order.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, colours, prices and other information accurately.
However, product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen. Packaging may also change from time to time.
Where products are supplied or fulfilled by third-party suppliers, minor non-material differences in packaging may occur. We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without appropriate communication with the customer.
Product availability is subject to change.
4. PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our South African store are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and offers at any time before an order is accepted.
If an obvious pricing, technical or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. Where an affected order has already been paid, we will contact the customer and handle the matter in accordance with applicable South African law.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
After receiving an order, we may verify payment, delivery information, product availability, suspected fraud or other information reasonably necessary to process the transaction.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment has failed, fraudulent activity is suspected or an obvious pricing/listing error has occurred.
Where we cancel a paid order, any amount due to the customer will be refunded using the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.
6. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment service providers.
BAEJORA intends to use Stitch Express and/or other payment methods displayed during checkout.
By selecting a payment method, you may also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
BAEJORA does not store complete card details where those details are processed securely by an authorised payment provider.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to eligible addresses within South Africa, subject to the delivery options displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Some BAEJORA products may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. As a result, products within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
BAEJORA is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses, courier disruptions, customs or import processes where applicable, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit rights that customers may have under applicable law.
8. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information by email, SMS, their customer account or another communication method provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take some time to update after an order has been dispatched.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Customers should inspect products after delivery and contact BAEJORA promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered.
Certain goods may not qualify for change-of-mind returns where exclusions are permitted by law, including certain hygiene-sensitive, personalised, used or opened products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact BAEJORA Customer Support and provide your order number, description of the problem and reasonable supporting photographs or video where appropriate.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable South African law.
11. WARRANTIES
Products may carry manufacturer or supplier warranties where applicable.
Any additional warranty will be described on the relevant product page or documentation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer protections applicable under South African law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND FULFILMENT
BAEJORA may use third-party manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, warehouses, couriers and fulfilment providers to supply and deliver products.
These arrangements do not remove BAEJORA's obligations to customers where BAEJORA is the contracting retailer.
Customers should contact BAEJORA Customer Support, rather than an overseas supplier, regarding an order placed through the BAEJORA website unless specifically instructed otherwise.
13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, may have an expiry date and may be limited to specified products, customers or order values.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse or an obvious technical error, subject to applicable law.
14. ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You must provide accurate and current information.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
15. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
We respect the privacy of our customers.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, deliver products, provide customer support, prevent fraud and operate our store.
16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using our website, you consent to receiving transactional electronic communications relating to your account and orders.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, BAEJORA branding, logos, website content, graphics, written material and original creative assets are owned by or licensed to BAEJORA GROUP (PTY) LTD.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or falsely represent our intellectual property without appropriate permission.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
18. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to BAEJORA, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive or misleading material.
We reserve the right to moderate user-generated content where reasonably necessary.
19. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use our website to commit fraud, introduce malicious software, scrape or interfere with our systems unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, circumvent security measures or engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAEJORA will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under South African law.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
BAEJORA will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, telecommunications failures, government restrictions or significant supplier and logistics disruptions.
We will nevertheless take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on affected customers.
22. SOUTH AFRICAN CONSUMER LAW
These Terms should be interpreted consistently with applicable South African legislation, including, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and POPIA.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the applicable statutory protection will prevail.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business operations or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired by customers under applicable law.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable South African law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate South African courts or other competent consumer dispute-resolution body.
